"Showroom Boutique,” located in Chicago on Roosevelt Road, next door to Chernin shoes, has all the ambiance of fine retailing, a friendly atmosphere and staff, as well as, designers, designers, designers to choose from. Some of the designers are local (you know Chicago is becoming a fashion center) and some international. “Showroom Boutique” has quite a lineup of designers- for example there is the Chicago native Reginald Thomas, if you want elegance and style, and that little black ensemble, try Reginald. There is Coco and Juan out of California, for fun, ease and uniqueness. The most recent arrival is an ensemble by “Iris”, a duster and dress with new three quarter length sleeves. Or try “Mina”. “Mina”’s colors are reminiscence of the tropics- golds and oranges that are easy to wear. Are you into soft, elegant, stylish dressing? Look for Linda Caputo’s and Marrakech designs.
