I scheduled an appointment for a simple wash and blow dry before my rehearsal dinner and wedding in a couple of days. As I was getting my hair washed, I mentioned I was getting married in 2 days. She asked if that was why I came in and I explained that I wanted to make it easier for my wedding hairstylist to have it blow dried ahead. My hair is long and wavy/curly and therefore this would cut on time the day of the wedding.
As she washed my hair, I noticed it was taking longer than normal. At one point another lady came over to see and told me that my hair had somehow knotted up, however they were working on unknotting it and it would be done shortly. I was told this for several times. I then began to cry as the owner then mentioned that they may have to cut my hair to get rid of the knot as they couldn’t untangle it. I reminded her again I could not cut my hair because my wedding was in 2 days! I asked the
