Miei Amici is a comfortable Espresso Cafe located in beautiful downtown Barrington, IL. We opened in the Spring of 1999 and enjoy giving the residents of Barrington a nice relaxing atmosphere, whether it's to grab a quick bite to eat, or mix up your favorite coffee drinks.
